Please follow this article step by step to reset password of the user are in Microsoft 365.

Go to -> Microsoft 365 admin Center -> Users -> Active users -> Search user on search box -> check the box -> click on “Reset Password” option.

There are 2 methods to reset user password

  1. Automatic
  2. Manual

Method 1: Automatically create a password

 You will get already checked on “Automatically create a password” and click on “ Reset password” button

Method 2: you need to uncheck the option “Automatically create a password” and assign your own password and click on “Reset Password”

You have successfully reset password using both methods.
